Nanako holds a Master’s in War Studies (King’s College London). She joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2007, working across PR, branding, and corporate planning. In 2015, she supported the launch of a HealthTech venture’s Singapore branch and later gained experience in strategic consulting after returning to Japan. She founded JAYID in 2018 and also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Chiba University.
