Expertise Scoring Framework: Make Top Experts Visible and Invite Them into Projects
Across the Asia–Pacific region, more and more experts and organisations are joining GlobalReach Link. We don’t just invite professionals into cross-border projects that match their background. Through Expertise Points, Achievements (badges) and manual review by our team, we also track every meaningful professional contribution you make in the community.
As you accumulate points, unlock badges and move up your Rank
(Expert / Specialist / Leader), three things start to happen:
- ✔️ Your profile displays clear points, badges and Rank, so project owners and other experts looking for partners can immediately see the depth of your expertise and real-world project experience.
- ✔️ When project owners search and send invitations, you are prioritised in recommendations and invited first into relevant Project Rooms.
- ✔️ Future expert accreditation programs, offline events and core roles in key projects will also rely on these signals as important selection criteria.

profile header, next to each activity post,
and in the participant list of each Project Room.

Publishing insights, sharing case studies, and offering deep, practical input on projects all contribute to your Expertise Points.
- Complete your profile basics and accept the community terms
- Post professional views or real-world cases on the News Feed
- Write thoughtful, in-depth comments on projects or forums
- Join discussions inside Project Rooms / Coffee Rooms
Achievements & Badges · Key Milestones
Achievements capture the key actions and milestones you complete (for example, Verified Expert status or Case Study Author), giving project owners an instant, story-driven view of your track record.
- Pass our manual review and be recognised as a Verified Expert
- Publish your first case study or success story on the platform
- Be invited into specific project discussions or themed Rooms
- Some badges are granted directly by the operations team and do not change your Rank score
Rank · Expert / Specialist / Leader
Your Rank is a snapshot of your longer-term activity on the platform. There are three Rank bands, each with three Levels. You move up automatically based on your Expertise Points, and your points are not reduced for marketing-type badges or campaigns.
- Expert: starting phase as a recognised expert (Levels 1–3)
- Specialist: deep track record in specific domains (Levels 4–6)
- Leader: able to lead cross-border projects and teams (Levels 7–9)
Expertise Levels and Point Thresholds
Your Expertise Points increase as you contribute more professionally to the community. Levels are calculated automatically by the system, and your points are not reduced by badge redemptions or marketing activities.
