Use this action when you want GRL to route a specific expert connection or shortlist relevant experts for market entry, fundraising readiness, legal setup, local partnerships, branding or execution support.
How the request works
1 · Connection review
GRL checks the requested expert, project fit, availability and suitable introduction pathway.
2 · Scope confirmation
Credit usage can be confirmed before deeper routing, project-room setup or expert work begins.
3 · Refund rule
If GRL cannot progress the requested connection after review, the 30 GR Credits are treated as fully refundable.
Request Matched Experts
Submit this request to the GlobalReach Link team. The form passes the public expert label, internal full expert name, credit cost, request type and project notes to the existing grl_ob_submit handler.
Submitting this form does not automatically charge credits unless your backend credit workflow is already connected. GRL can confirm credit usage before processing. If GRL is unable to connect the requested expert after review, the 30 GR Credits should be fully refunded according to this action rule.
